A week ago my computer suddenly stopped showing facebook names and all I saw were the fairy names.  This went on for 3 days while I kept hoping it would clear itself.  I cleared  all history and cache  from the search engine and this did not change the situation.  I emailed Support and was told they currently were not having any reports of this issue so it has to be my end.  But I still cannot see Facebook names.  However I can when using my phone.

Me too.  Just today the GO names went "poof".  I also cleared cache and history to no avail.  I can also can see GO names on my iphone but not my PC so assume the issue is a PC one?

I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it but my status updates haven't shown in the latest updates on the new page since the changes either.

OP -  I am having this same issue! I can see the names on my phone, but not on my desktop. I have an iPhone and an iMac desktop computer. Both are running Firefox.

I am running Google Chrome.  So I don't think it is the browser.

Ok - update. I've updated my browser, no change. What I did find is that if I play Fairyland on Facebook, the names show up. If I click to play on fairylandgame.com, the Facebook names disappear.

This still makes no difference: playing  inside  or outside Facebook.

I just posted the same problem in this Help forum, hon!! You are certainly NOT alone!! It's been going on for at least a couple of weeks for me!! --ACK--
