How do I harvest the Easter Egg so I can use it as a pot.  I harvested one before but it didn't do anything.  I'd like to have at least one egg.

You harvest the plant and, if it was completed, it turns into the pot. If it was not completed, you don't get anything.

You use any of the Fairytale toadstool pots, which you can buy even if you haven't done any Fairytales yet.

The white chocolate egg will not attract any more bunnies. Only the regular chocolate egg continues to attract once broken. The dark and white chocolate eggs are single use.

I'm not quite sure what you are asking. Your egg just needs the centre pattern, which you get from a seahorse. So you need to go underwater and attract a seahorse to complete it.
