Bellis become RTH relatively quickly and attract wrens, chaffinch and yellow wagtails.  Another quick fix are macaw, although they won’t nest.  But all you need for those is a ruby seed and some fruit...easy, fast way to repair.  I’m doing the same right now with RTH bellis and a bumblebee.  So many nests! So many in disrepair! Lol!  The Easter chicks take a toll!

The birds can only repair  nests which they haven't already added to, and some of the birds you are attracting have already added to some of the nests you are trying to repair.  Every multiple of five will add to the nest, but only if it isn't already showing as having helped to build it.

They would only attract the same birds you're already attracting.  How about macaws?  They come to fully grown plants.
