Hi, I know there is a way to guarantee a violet chick gets spotted in your garden, but I'm unsure on the details.
Please would someone be so kind as to explain it to me.  Thank you.

You need to get an Indigo egg alongside your violet Frances then put out the food & babysit your garden, if the indigo wobbles first you need to dump the food & try again till the violet wobbles first...The indigo will lock the violet egg into only hatching violet rather than all the lower coloured eggs.

You can use the next colour down to protect the egg and ensure it won't hatch a lower colour. It requires some babysitting of the garden and can be time-consuming and expensive.

So you want a violet egg to hatch a violet chick. You'd want to get both a violet egg and an indigo egg into nests, then put out the food. If the indigo egg wobbles first, dump the food and try again. When the violet egg wobbles, let it hatch and the chick will be violet.

This works because each chick will hatch from the lowest colour egg that it can - so any red, orange, yellow, blue, green or indigo chicks that get programmed would go to the indigo egg.

So egg cracks don't work from left or or or...
I notice there are different color flowers around the nest... has anybody ever figured out if it meant anything in terms if what egg a bunny will drop of what will hatch?

No, they don't work from the left. The chick will hatch from the lowest colour egg it can, regardless of placement.

The colours of the flowers around the nest don't mean anything.

Does this produce violet chick twins?

If you have 2 plates food at same time ;) I have got twins of all my eggs and tripples UW ;)
