anyone any idea why names and profile pics are not showing on my page its been like it all week and tried logging in and out clearing history etc. any tips would be greatly appreciated as cant tell who is who when am searching gardens ..

It's usually a Facebook problem, which stops FL and FB communicating properly.  I'm not having any problems though, so it doesn't seem to be affecting everyone.

Just to add it wont let me send gifts either???  and no I haven't seen anyone else having the problem x

I can't see pictures anymore except weirdly the odd one or two, haven't had names except fairy names for a while, haven't been able to send gifts for years. Nothing I do seems to help. Rest of the gameplay still works fine though.

I had the pictures and names disappear on and off yesterday. Today, so far, has been fine.

As others have mentioned, there are occasional issues where names and/or profile pics don't display, which is a Facebook related issue and usually resolves after a short while.

But if you're having this problem permanently, then it's usually caused by an add-on on your browser, the most common one being "tracking blocker" add-ons. These add-ons block the Facebook functionality from the Fairyland website, so you can't see names etc, and things like gifting won't work either as that requires Facebook functionality.

Just disabling the tracking blocker add-on will fix it (you may also need to restart your browser after disabling it) or if you really need a tracking blocker for some reason, then there may be an option in the settings where you can add an "exception' for Fairyland so it doesn't affect this game

I have the same problem and have tried everything to get my gifting, profile pic and gardeners' names back to no avail. I don't know what else to do and it is really starting to spoil the enjoyment of this game that I love.
