The colours are listed at the site below - just scroll down a bit.  The consensus seemed to be for our usual colours of the rainbow, but Amber's jar is pink, not violet, and there is black and clear, so it seems there are variations out there :○)

I am so excited for you Amber with your Pink Jar! I can't grow a pumpkin that big. I would love to have gotten a blue one but if it's going by weight, I won't get higher than I have now. But at least I can see your jars around fairyland! Thank you for letting us know of the Pink Jar! :)
