The plants only attract cats and bars when fully grown, and they need bird mix. The ghosties won't come until the plants are RTH.

I do have a rfh plant along with a witch scarecrow.....I had the last two super food plates with nothing but normal mice...up until yesterday I had nothing but ghost and zombie wildlife...

Halloween Plants only attract Ghosts for 7 days after becoming RFH.  You need to replant.

Your RTH one is too old, they only attract when the witches are flying, and they only bring the flying witches for a week.
