Have been trying  to get into the Fairyland Connection on the help page to see what I need to plant for specific Animals but it takes me to a web site called Go Daddy , has anyone else had this problem ?

Out of curiosity I went and had a look - at the top of the page this appears ---

NOTICE: This domain name expired on 6/29/2020 and is pending renewal or deletion.

So I guess the person/s who look after the page haven't been in a position to renew the domain name.

Firstly, apologies for not posting this last weekend before the web site closed' work life overtook me being able to get the post on line.
I would like to explain the reason why the web site has closed. TFC has been run for many years by five admin who have worked hard keeping TFC going. The web site upkeep has been down to myself (Lis) for the last few years. Unfortunately, due to my partners illness and death last year and the Covid19, I work in the NHS, I have had no time to work on the web site so it was very behind as I am sure some of you noticed. I cannot at the moment envisage that I am going to have the time to get this updated
On top of that we had our hunting lists, which as I am sure you all noticed were always up to date, to keep them this way takes hours each week verifying gardens. Due to my circumstances, this has fallen mainly to Jackie and Katherine, this was not sustainable because they obviously have lives away from TFC. The web site is not cheap to run and I have paid for this myself the last few years and was due for renewal so as an admin team we had to have the difficult conversation as to what we were going to do. I was happy to keep paying but we all felt sadly that we could not commit the time that was required to keep the web site running or the hunting lists up to date.
TFC has been running for over 10 years now and we would like to keep the group going in a different way. Our facebook page will still exist and I hope in the future we can we can go back to running games and posting more. We will still make garden images if you want them, answer questions you may have re-fairyland, keep you updated on new information re the game. I have all the garden links that were in the hunting lists and for those of you that just like random gardens for hunting in I will be putting these on the facebook page shortly so you can still hunt in these. Ann and Andrea have mainly been responsible for pasting on the facebook page in recent times and I hope they can continue to do so.
Finally I would like to thank my fellow admin Andrea, Ann, Diane, Jackie and Katherine for all their hard work over the years with the web site and hunting lists and our fantastic members who we hope will continue to support our facebook group
