I have never received a birthday Balloon.  Where does one get one?  Do you have to sign up your. Birthday date or something?

You get a birthday balloon on your Fairyland birthday Penny. Since your garden is 9 years 11 months you should get one soon. If you don't plant it in time it disappears.

It usually prompts you with a message on your garden telling you that it's available in the misc section of the seed shop and each day gives a count down to when you can plant and have it rfh for the birthday.

Penny, one week before your Fairy´s  birthday a message will show up in your garden telling you that it´s available in the misc section of the seed shop, as Jayne just said above.
You already harvested 6 of those plants (they are called "Happy Birthday (Birthday Plant)" and you see it in your list of Fruits harvested),

Lol sorry too many typos you will find it in the miscellaneous section which is the same place that you find ft, uw, candy seeds etc are.
The seed won't be there until it's the week of the fairy birthday, a message should show on the  front wall of your garden, it shows the days left for you to plant it in order to have the balloon in your garden on the day.

Thank you for telling me i would find the baloon to plant in the misc section of the seed shop.  I am not sure where the front wall of my garden is.  Do you mean my garden?  Sorry I don't even know how i harvested any.  Can someone else get your baloon if you don't get it in time?

The front wall of your garden is the page where you see your garden with plants and everything. Directly below the garden picture the message will pop up, so you will surely see it when it´s there and  you come to your garden.

The list of Fruits harvested in your garden is further dow on that page. Just click on the link "[Show All Plants Harvested]" and you can see them all :)
