I've seen 4 Tadpoles, 7 froglets and 7 adults in ponds, does that mean that if I put berries in my garden I will have 4 frogs visit me? I am not underwater and don't plan to be but wondering if my understanding of that land frog is correct. Thanks

For every complete set of tadpole-froglet-adult frog you spot in other gardens, one land frog will visit yours. Based on what you have listed above, you only have 4 complete sets spotted, so 4 land frogs will visit.

Note also, if you allow the frogs to come and you are not wanting spawn, the very first (and then every 5th) will lay spawn, so if you don’t want to miss out, you can put a fully grown Dulcia Somniflora out to deter them if you need to use high berries....

Thanks Cindy. Yeah I put the berries out last night and saw this morning that a frog had visited me but was missed so that answered my question really. I decided to take up the berries once I knew cos after reading your post and looking at pond section again I thought maybe if I let him come now it's a wasted spawn opportunity. I don't fully understand ponds yet as am just started to learn about it but seems that some of the big things only eat spawn....so am thinking maybe it is a good idea for me to carry on spotting sets for if in future I want some spawn......lol

Is a good back up but if you do get spawn, go underwater and attract tadpoles to your garden - as long as you have a stash of tadpoles spotted in your garden (always have at least 5 more than any uw adult/ghostly frogs spotted) then you can continue to do the frog breeding and get spawn in your own garden without having to hunt down more sets of frogs :)

Thank you, I'd really only been thinking to get the frog picture coloured in as nowhere near starting ponds. I've only managed to collect 5 seeds so far. Do you have to do frogs section in order to get the spawn to do the bottom dwellers? I'm very confused about which of the pond sections are stand alone (I'm thinking the pond and garden and fishy namesakes) and which sections relate to other sections? From what I understand at the moment the sections which need to be completed to unlock other sections are Myths, Rainbow and Bottom Dwellers? Is it possible to just do those 3 sections to get the rainbow rocks and bird bath - or are the other sections a necessary part of those rewards? Thanks

Pretty much all of the underwater sections are stand alone with the exception of the pond weed combos - you have to have the rainbow rocks in order to complete this one to get all the different coloured pondweeds you need planted.

You do have to do frog breeding to get the spawn for the bottom dwellers to feed, but you don't have to separately have started the frog breeding process.  However it can be tricky with timing if you don't have a stash of tadpoles before you start the bottom dwellers as you have to go onto dry land to get spawn and then go back underwater - and seriously the bottom dwellers can be confusing without that complication!  So would suggest you do a bit of frog breeding before attempting bottom dwellers so you have a stash of tadpoles (at least 5) spotted in your garden before you start.

As long as you have unlocked the land myths (which you have) you don't have to separately complete the underwater myths.  This section will be completed as you do the rainbow of fish.  Whilst a bit more time consuming, you can do the bottom dwellers without having done the rainbow of fish and the rainbow of fish is not reliant on any other section.

But by far easiest sections to start with to get used to the pond and how it works are the pond/garden life and the fishy namesakes :)

Thank you for all the info. I'm thinking though that because the seeds are so difficult to acquire I'd rather use the ones I do manage to get to do those challenges which provide rewards ie: rocks and bird bath. I just managed to do the Land Aquatics in under 24 hours so don't envisage that section to be too tricky. I don't know why I was thinking that I must need to do the Myths in order to get them to plant Weed to do Rainbows...I guess each Myth takes at least one seed as each shroom takes time to be RTH so I'd need a fair few to do the myths  but if they can be done alongside the Rainbow that'd be great. The only thing is is that I was hoping to be able to use Supershrooms when I come to do it instead of myth shrooms in order to deter the mermaid...I cant' stand her at all and see endless gardens invaded by mermaid when they are wanting Guppys. I've caught over 100 mermaids and I've only really been searching ponds for the last 3-4 days and she is driving me insane lol
