Is there a way I can obtain a white or pink poinsettia instead of the usual red ones please?

It's working for me, so either you've blocked the thread OP or they've blocked you.

Here's the pertinent information:

CHOOSING THE COLOUR OF POINSETTIA PLANTS USING YOUR OWN POTS

There are three different colours of Poinsettia: red, white and pink.  Which you get depends on the final digit of the pot ID number as follows:

Red    :   0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
Pink   :   6, 7
White :   8, 9

You can plant the Poinsettias in your own choice of pot, which means that you can choose the colour of flower you get.  To check the ID number of the pot, hover your mouse over the pot when it's in storage, and then hover over the Use button.  This should bring up the pot ID number towards the bottom of the screen.  On an iPad or similar device, you would need to hold your finger on the Use button, without clicking.

From your own garden, on a PC or laptop, you can see the ID number of an empty pot if you hover your mouse over it and right click the Send to Storage link, then click Inspect Element.  This brings up a new box at the bottom of the page, with one line highlighted - the highlighted line contains the pot ID number.

Hello, I also have problems to identified my pots who can be used for pink Ponsiettas. It was working perfekt last year but not now. I remember that white bubbles was working but I just have one. Can I use other white pots for it?

With the bauble pots, the colour of the bauble is also determined by the number of the pot so for example, a bauble pot ending in a 1 will give you a blue bauble - so you cannot hope to plant a pink or a white poinsettia in a blue bauble (the ordinary baubles that is not the glitter baubles that came out with the calendar in past years).

In addition, most pots have different end numbers, so you can't just use any white pot.  You would need a pot which ends in the specified number.  You can always click on the "use" link (even if you have a full garden) and then check the website address at the top of your browser.  The number will be at the end.  I know that's a lot more scrolling (and you do have to keep up with which pot you tried), but it's the only way it will work with some browsers.  I know I used to be able to do it the easy way with Chrome, but Chrome now refuses to display the complete address at the bottom so I have to do it as I just described.

I just put out a pot which ended in an 8 so i could get a white poinsettia but a red one turned up...then i noticed i can only see 5 numbers...this is on my computer but there should be 8. It is ok on my iPad though. I only play on my computer but can at least check the pots on my iPad and then go on the computer to select and plant etc.  It has always worked ok up until now so i guess it is a glitch...?
