Cannot log in

I can’t log into fairyland on my laptop.  I was having to go through a 4 step process to get to fairyland so I cleared my cache as was suggested but now after changing my Facebook password I keep getting an error message.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  Thank you.

The obvious thing would be to make sure you are typing your new password correctly (or, if using a saved password in your browser, that you've updated it).  Other than that...if you can't login to Facebook, that would be a Facebook issue and not something FL could help with.  You'd have to report it to FB.  (On the top left of your FB profile, you should see a question mark inside a circle.  Click that and then click "Report a Problem".)

I can log into Facebook but not to fairyland.  It keeps taking me through a loop.

You can use the "contact us" link at the bottom of any page to contact FL Support.  If it's giving you an error message, including the text of the message would probably be helpful.

You could also send screenshots to support @ fairylandgame.com (no spaces)

Try a different browser. I had the same problem in Safari, but was able to log in through google chrome.

Even if it's only happening in a specific browser, it's best to report it.  Mike is still working on getting things ironed out from the server switch, and he can't fix what he doesn't know about.
