Why can't I a Hare or Arctic Hare . I've spent over 175 coins looking..Someone please help

It really is not quite the season to easily find arctics - all you can do is keep gardens open that may be attracting them and sprinkle when you think something is due. Festive seasonal plants start at end of October from memory so another 6 weeks and will start to be more gardens around attracting them. Check guinea pig gardens for hares - one of the herbs used attracts hares and are not generally deterred in those gardens.

The quests do you have to find the critters or attract them to complete a quest. Been gone for quite some time but I am back and cant remember.

You have to spot and attract. The attracting asks for the same as the spotting, but twice the number (so you have to attract in pairs).

If you click the scroll at the top when you have a quest activated, it will tell you exactly what you need.
