Rfh big buttercups attract big billy goat,will a rfh medium buttrtcup attract anything or should I just discard.

Buttercups, no matter the size, attract nothing once "ready for harvest".

The key with the big buttercup is that it will be harvested by the big billy even if it's "ready for harvest" as long as you have a "fully grown" buttercup attracting him.

The medium (and small) buttercups may be harvested, if they become ready for harvest, as they are useless.

(Should also say the "ready for harvest" big buttercup must be to the left of the "fully grown" big buttercup in order for the big billy to harvest it first.)

I read somewhere in here that someone's medium RFH buttercup turned RFH LARGE...do you think this might have been because a 5th MBG was programmed just BEFORE the medium buttercup turned RFH? Or were they just mistaken???

The small and medium buttercups are useless once they become RTH, they will not change to big. It wouldn't matter that the goat was programmed in before the buttercup became RTH; it matters that the plant is fully grown when the goat is spotted. If the plant was RTH when the goat was spotted, it wouldn't change size.
