Help with Favorite Gardens

At some point I had 30 favorite gardens, but now I can only see 11, and can't add anymore.
I was gone from the game for more than a year, so I assume that maybe the people I had at some point added as a "favorite" are maybe now gone and their gardens are "inactive"... but I can't remove them from favorites as I can't find them, they do not show up on my list anymore, but I can't add any new ones either.
Please help! Thank you

I think you'd probably be better off using the Contact Us link and asking whether Support can remove them, if you can't see the links anymore but they're still taking up spaces - the Contact Us link is right at the bottom of the page :)

Is it possible that they are frozen?  With so many people on summer holiday, about half of my "favourites" are visible. The same is true with gardens going 'private' for whatever reason.  Like gardens that are frozen, you can't see them, but they are still on your list. Just a thought.

There is a link on that page that allows to see frozen pages, but none show up under favorites, one did show up under friends. So I'm not sure if its not showing the favorites that are frozen or if they are all just private as you say or maybe even inactive (when I left I remember some hadnt been back in months, and I think after a year they are inactivated?) Anyway, waiting for a reply from Fairyland Support :) Thanks anyways!!

Lucia, fwiw, I don't think that the "Show Frozen Gardens" button works anymore. I get nothing when I try it also, but  I know for certain that at least 3 are frozen for vacations and 1 has gone Private.

The Show Frozen Gardens link works for your Facebook friends, but there isn't one for Favourites.

If your Favourites are frozen, they still show up on your Favourites list.

For some reason, frozen gardens no longer appear on my favs list, weird.

If you stop playing fairyland and also remove the app from your Facebook page, wouldn't that cause your garden to disappear from other gardeners' favourites column? Especially after a long period of time?
