It says my 20 free gold will be available when I next collect my free gold, however have tried 4 times and still no gold ?anyone else having this problem ?

You have to click on the ladybug to receive the 20 gold, wherever that ladybug is.

It will be on the Find Gold page - you don't have to wait for your next free gold to be available. If it's not showing when you click Find Gold, you may have to click the "Click Here to check for your free gold" link towards the bottom of the page. You can do that even if your gold is not due.

Just click the blue words in the clue and it will take you there.

The Ladybug 20 gold only shows like once a week or longer.. I am not sure how long in-between, But if it says it is waiting click on the "hint" word and it will tell you where the ladybug is hiding.. Hope that helps

Click the blue words and it will take you to the page. The bug will be there, somewhere - scroll right down.

tried everything suggested and keep doing it when gold is due ? really strange, doesn't give me a page ? just that will be given when collect next gold ? I will keep looking, thank you Tracey :)

When you collect next free gold (which you can do every 3 hours) then the ladybug is on the page when you have collected the free gold.

I have honestly never had to wait for the gold to be ready. If it hasn't been on the Find Gold page, I click the link at the bottom as I posted before.
