I have a Ready for Harvest Valentine Rose in  my garden. Is that considered a flowering Valentine Rose?  Am i still attracting Cupid mice?

I found this statement and wonder how it applies:
Cupid Mouse will visit in place of the regular Field Mouse whenever there is a flowering Valentine Rose in a Garden.

Thanks!

No, it’s not. If a plant is ready for harvest then it is fruiting and no longer flowering.

Wow! I harvested my Valentine Rose, went to seasonal wildlife and 2 gardens later, found a Cupid Mouse that sent me another Valentine Rose! Fast work!! Thanks again, Andrea! I was lucky in your garden too!
