There are still plenty of gardens with Easter bunnies advertising in the Wildlife Guide so you shouldn't find it hard to get the eggs.

It will get harder as there are fewer gardens around with daffodils.

There are still some gardens advertising, though, so you may still be able to get the eggs.

You'd cancel it, so that you could start a new one. You can always catch up with it next year.

The seasonal quests aren't necessary to earn the end reward (the table parts). And you don't have to complete all of the quests in any level anyway, unless you want to (again, for the end reward of the table parts). Just repeat the ones you want to, until you've earned enough scrolls to move to the next level of quests.
