I just grew bamboo in my garden left 2 empty plates, Spotted a giant panda in a garden that had bamboo growing...how did i not get bamboo on my plate??

was the other garden's bamboo plant FG? If it's RFH or growing happily, then you don't get bamboo food.

Yes, her bamboo was FG

It was my  garden so it was FG, maybe yours was not FG when you spotted it

You can tell because the time my bamboo was grown was 45 minutes ago, and I spotted the Panda 33 minutes ago

Red pandas do not drop bamboo, only giant pandas do.
