In the meantime...take a look at your aureus plants that you have harvested. I see that you have not harvested five of each. Did you know that you get increasing amounts of gold for each of the first five that you harvest? These are gold sprinkles. They take awhile to get to ready for harvest stage...but they are worth doing. Only the first five of each aureus works. I got a chunk of change that way. Now that won't help you buy a pot to convert to a vase...but when there is a pot that you have that is one of THE pots...you can convert those gold sprinkles to gold to buy the standard dust.Just a thought.

It would be no different than when they gave us a free dino nest to start that challenge. What would the big deal be to give us a pot. We would still have to do the alchemy to change into a vase...that was a fun thing. But that also needs gold to buy the standard dusts and one dust will not do it as you have to test everything. So standard dusts should be free...or you are allowed so many free ones per day like with the fifty free sprinkles. I think that it would slow people down to actually take a look at how best to get that vase...develop a strategy. I think? that we used to be able to win the standard dusts? I can't remember now. But we won lost socks and fungus for alchemy.
The only recourse is to hope that in the future that one of the pots that we do have in storage will be one of the selected pots...I think that they might change from month to month for the hare and fox. And then in the future more golden critters needing different pots. And...if we spot a golden something we do get a pittance of gold. Maybe we need to grow more plants that harvest into gold in order that we might buy the dusts? I am not sure. I have gold so I can buy the dusts...and i have old pots in
