I did get into a fight at the Acme a few years back now.  Young Mother with a 2 yr old. Maybe 2 at most.  Of course the baby wanted to touch things and ask for things.  Mother got so mad she slapped the baby twice across the face.    Everyone heard the slaps and I was the only one to stop it. I said you just abused, humiliated and embarraseed your baby!!  We got into a yelling match and she told me she'd meet me outside. Mind you.  She was maybe 27 and I was 58 at the time. And, on my lunch break. I had to get back to work LOL  I ask one of the workers to walk me across the street to my office. She was not out there,  Unless she was lurking for me
