Madam Amelia Bonbon is the Proprietor of the 10/6 Tea Rooms in Wonderland and distant relative of the famous Earl Grey.
Her friend and neighbour, Tarrant Hightopp, makes the beautifully eccentric hats that Amelia can often be seen wearing (sometimes all at the same time).
The 10/6 is a nod to the ten shillings and sixpence label tucked into Tarrant's favourite hat.
