The two which you are awaiting are waiting to be spotted in your garden. When that happens, they will become trapped, like the other three.
To release the trapped flies, you have to spot that colour of fly in another garden. When you release them, the mouth opens, and the colour changes to orange. That mouth will then attract an orange fly.
You continue in the same way, by attracting a fly to trap it, then spotting it in another garden to release it and change the mouth to the next colour,
