Those are the quests Build the Totem Poles to attract the Extinct Mammals and Birds. You also earn different table parts to use to build your own tables.
Each level that you earn the required amount of scrolls you can color in a section of the mammal and bird poles. IE…when you have earned 150 scrolls you color in the 1st section of the mammal pole and will be able to attract the Ibex and can now do Level II. When you earn 600 scrolls you can color in the 1st section of the bird pole and attract the Passenger Pigeon.

While you are working on leveling up your mushrooms you could be doing some of the quests to the right 👉 They are for the table top parts. You can repeat them over and over to accumulate more scrolls.
If you hunt for critters that drop amber and sunlight seeds those are the seeds that you will use to buy the super shroom. (Fox, hedgehog, Grey Squirrels just to name a few) The wildlife guide tells you which seed each critter drops.

Your honey pot is ready for harvest! Don’t throw the pot away after you harvest the flower. Unless you are going to use the pot for bees put it in storage and you can use it again to try to get a flower with some orange petals in a new pot.
Also, beehives with all of one color can be used to attract the brown and black bear later.
