So you contact support then you give them the old garden link and let them know your need it attached to your new FB account send a link for that account also.

Ah, now I see. If the garden is connected to a different profile on Facebook, I'm afraid there might not be much support can do about it, either. However, I'd love to help you if you have any questions regarding your new garden.

I'm sorry to hear they don't believe you. I'm afraid there's nothing any players can do for you. We can direct you to problem solving the garden you do have access to, but not connect your profile to your old garden. Have you tried sending support the evidence you have that it's your garden? I have no idea how they evaluate such cases, I'm afraid, I've only heard that you're supposed to talk to them if you need to regain access to an old garden.

Hi :) I saw your post in the help-section. Is the post about a frozen garden other than this one? Because if you have a garden which you can't access from your Facebook-profile, you need to contact support so they can link your original garden to your profile again.
