thanks for repairing the nest.
Still waiting for Maria to have the baby. She has been in labour since Wednesday morning, she is in hospital in a lot of pain now. Daughter in law said she is at the swearing stage ! hope it arrives before long as she will be getting exhausted xx

it was lovely to see them. They had a weekend here before going to the lake district, then came back for a few days. They live in Par, Cornwall. We went to see my aunt in Derby on Friday. She will be 87 next month. xx

they went home yesterday, took them 5 1/2 hours.I striped the beds and washed the bedding and towels, all line dried. I tackled some of the ironing last night but got fed up, but will complete it this morning. How is Ellen ? xx

wow that is really good of him, and from a "proper butcher" you know it is fresh. I have spent far to long on here the last few days, doing this chick challenge. It is slow going but I am half way. Other wise lazy ! the garden is too dry to do anything with. Sarah has bought her own little mower. I said I will be redundant, but she said I can use it haha. Hope your back eases soon xx
