evening Andrea, i am still finding quality leisure not easy to come by, still on 4 therapy days a week but from new year only 3. Untill then its push push back to 4 hours a day work, and then the rest of the day having to go to another town for a therapy. The activity side has been upped  now averaging 120 miles a month walking, 80 biking and 20 miles on treadmills and 5 hours a week in the gym , lucky to get an hour free a day! Friday is checkup day includes a blood test, yuk dont like those. Been cleared for no more cardio checks until summer next year, average pulse at rest now is 55 and blood pressure average 110/55 a little low but compared to year ago come along away, so all positive. Winter is only just starting now so saved a ton of money on heating but it has come to stay now overnights sub zeros and its snowed every day for last few days, it didnt stay though booo, love being the first to make the footprints in the snow: As for the tops i have made some progress but the vases have been eating into the time, I can now buy a blue pot! I assume your way its now going in to summer or already there??? wishing you and family good health x
