Wow felt the positive vibes over thats a cool few weeks , congrats on the job. The green trail ouch that took me about 40 days but i always used the gaps between critters to get the gold to 50 plus 50 in the bank so i could effectively hunt , the woodpeckers are the bottleneck but fingers crossed you get lucky. I am now doing the orange trail again when complete unlocks the blue trail, i think i shall defer that until xmas for the superfood week and before then rattle off the lower ones again although the green is "mean". I had a cardio full check last friday and heart strengh increased another 10% so all this activity is doing me good, got the orders to up the running machine speed to 3.5 mph for 20mins, and the exercise bikes to hit 7k in 20m going againts 50w resistance, did that yesterday and  5 mins after pulse back to 56 again so very very optimistic is the outlook compared to the bleakness of jan 2024, even the stroke effects are receding just a few minor issues but nothing interfering with day to day life so all good ! Just the topiary torture to get through, (still thinking should i have done alice first , thats in the back of my mind), enough from me enjoy the weekend,have fun x

Hi Andrea, I like the sound of that ! Underground and overground thats so cool. Weather your way sounds pretty good too , Autumn has got a foot firmly in the door now, sunny days but not burning and getting dark at 9 but no intention of putting the heating on yet. Doing two top trails theres a thought! I need to just one orange and i can proceed to blue, trying to get the balance priority each month now is do the two lotteries , using the birthbath to hatch egg nds attract the melanistic or albino , soon as one chick seed then birdbath out and try and fill up those vases. Worked pretty well last month maggie vase is complete nd missing two on the cuckoo, so will also use the superfood to get some treasure so i can put a maggie in the nest and help build another nest, so so busy in fairyland its a nice distraction from all the therapies every day a therapy but the cardio is the success so far, I did 10k on the bikes yesterday , pulse never went over 70 and after 5 mins rest it was down to 56 which is the average pulse for me this month  thats 18 months of reha for you totally got the cardio in the right gear! The stroke reha gotta be patient for another 18 months.  Well I hope the m
