My mom and dad got divorced when I was 5, domestic violence unfortunately

I've been told to start arranging a funeral for my dad too so it's all become very real that I will lose him soon after a long battle with alzheimer's :( to be orphaned before the age of 40 is just depressing

Just life, struggling to get a diagnosis for my son, complaining to doctors who have been useless, lost my mom and didn't properly grieve, lost my nan 2 days after my birthday in January which brought back all the feelings again, my life is so different without them both :(
Friendships collapsed, I don't see anyone and currently in therapy which is bringing it all back up to the surface.
All that and the doctors haven't given me the correct support despite the fact I've been asking for help for 5 years now, perimenopause has just made it really difficult to carry on like everything is ok when it really isn't 😬

Pets are a big responsibility, I always had a dog growing up but Max reacts to pet hair.
I've been pretty distant with everyone recently, having a bit of a hard time at the moment :(

How come the dates have been changed so much is it down to all the recent shite over that way
