If you sent your information to support - including your email - you should be able to see your message to them? Don't you regularly check email? I have to with medical issues, family (shopping ;) things like that. I pray you get it sorted out - but if all went to Support - &  I can see your garden - so they should be able to turn it on and that's it - they will send you a message here in FL I believe or it might be on email. I can't remember how it goes. I wish you the best - keep me posted. I have your original garden pulled up on my computer so I can watch if it goes "live" xx

Sandra, Go to support. You have to have a Facebook account still (it appears that you do as you started a new garden). And you're definitely not logged out of FL as you're here! They can find your old garden for you. if you can - will you send me the top web address when you're looking at your old garden from the front (that top bar of numbers) can you even see your old garden?? Copy & paste it here.  "Maybe" I can mess around & see if flipping it from the front of your garden to the back wall and then back to the front again (try that)  it might just reset & show you the "freeze" button. If not, go to support (If you don't know how to find it, click on Forums (top of screen, & scroll down to the very bottom of the page.)  Tell them your garden name, Facebook ID (if you don't have that, give them your new garden ID (on the front of your garden) they should be able to find it for you. So many people have had this problem finding their old gardens once they leave. One lady recently had this issue - and it turned into a journey with all of us on the forum cheering her on. She's back on, garden restored - I remember her well - I probably remember you too as I began playing in 2008/2009

Hi Sandra - I'm looking at your message on the FL wall from 6 days ago - re: how to unfreeze your old garden. Have you tried it yet? If not, all you need to do is go to your garden on the front of it; and at the top of your garden just under the garden area - it "should have a phrase that says "unfreeze it" - you just click on that, and your garden will unfreeze. Otherwise, copy your old garden number and go to Fairyland support and email them what happened, your garden number, & they can help you get your garden open again. Your garden will always stay exactly the way it was no matter how many years you've been away. I took an 8 year break and got back into mine just as I explained to you; all my gold, diamonds, etc. were just as they were when I left. Hope this helps x

No, I didn't see any bats because I didn't go to the highest point but René goes out regularly to count them and they are usually in the bell towers. There was a weird thing though, when I went to the highest point that I could there were a lot of scribbles on the wall going back to 1882 and there was a patch of straw in the corner with what looked like a indentation of a head!!! Ghosts being sleeping there maybe?  :-)

Had to go and open the door to the bell tower so that a guy could come and fix the clock. We had a power failure the other night and it looks like lightening struck the tower. It was sooooo dusty and dark going up the inside to where the bells are. I'm glad I don't have to do that every day :-)
