So Kevin ran out to Pet Valu to get an antiseptic spray...I will cleanse with plain water first...apply the spray...and then a Telfa pad...I wish that we had some of that vet wrap...I used to use it on our one dog and it was great. The wound is high up on her back leg so can't really wrap...but will try to figure something out. I might use a stocking.

Thanks. We feel abandoned by our vet. Never checked in with us today. Office closed....Fang went out on a leash in the yard to urinate...and she came back inside and her wound is now gaping. She grumped before she went out...I thought that she was hungry. Now we have to figure out what to do until morning. Not even sure what to clean the wound with or how to keep it covered. Phoned the emergency line for after hours...and the vet tech wouldn't even tell us what to clean the wound with...she wanted to refer to a teleconference call...which would be in an hour and a half or more. Everything would be closed. We don't live in the city.

Funny....I spotted a toucan the other day while looking for ghostlies. Hahaha.
I am not forging ahead with these vases..I have three days I tihink to get these pumpkins out of the way.

It the enchanted forest moonlight is one of the jewels needed to make both vases...I will be down to two seeds.

The enchanted jewels are the plants it looks like. 'i have the pots to convert to vases...but my garden is full of pumpkins now...and have a cactus to get ready for harvest for pottery lottery to finish off quest. So...not happening yet. I do not want to waste enchanted jewel seeds.

New vases are complicating things...I have a garden full of pumpkins. And my green house is full...two are pumpkins. I am hating the thoughts of an alerting endangered...

Weirdly we all woke at four as had to go to the bathroom...and then back to bed until seven. Fang would not eat yesterday as we predicted. As I was sleeping I thought...I can stop her from licking her incision on her leg from biopsy by making a stocking to put over it...I had to make one for under her brace so her fur would not get caught in it...but we mastered putting it on without. I might stil have it in here brace bag...i doubt it...but I still have stockings I can cut off.
She has to have antibiotics...especially since there was an abcess. Why they gave hunking big pills I have no idea...but have to be taken with food so ...But I thought...why not see if there is an injectable...we have already invested seven thousand...what is a couple hundred more. The seven is what we have paid out over the last month with her emergency visit...and the vet visit with antibiotics which precipitated the pancreatitis potentially.  So we are going to phone the vet clinic this morning....and see if there is a liquid suspension antibiotic as I do not want to open her mouth and distrub the healing to get pills down her throat....one and a half pills twice a day for five days. Or if there is an injectable that can be given now to get in her system and hopefully she will eat enough tomorrow to give orally. Going to contact our pharmacist too to see if he can make a suspension of the drug if vet clinic is no help.
I have blown off exercise class as she is comforted to have her people around her....

We all slept like rocks.

Fang is a zombie now...but restless. Doesn't settle long in one place. She grumps occasionally.  I am going to grab Kevin and see about getting the mattress on the floor...it is downstairs on the trundle bed so would like it to be in place so Fang can adjust to a change in her sleeping area. Thanks. I am wrestling with how to deal with this. She needs food to take her antibiotics with...the drug which might give her increased issues with pancreatitis especially since her levels remain high. Metacam goes on food...and I wonder...what I will get her to eat. Nothing tonight...too late really as her stomach will still be asleep from the anesthesia. Two weeks of soft food. I force fed for two weeks with the canned but with her mouth being injured due to extractions...will she be receptive to this? The other stuff like limit activity is easy...we have done this many times.
