I went to two Christmas markets today. One was indoor...we went when it only had an hour left and there was a lineup for Santa. We skirted that and started going around and speaking to the vendors. Things were really quiet for them. A nice venue but doing a Santa visit plus stuff for the kids meant Moms with small kids who were not interested in looking at vendors' tables. There were only eight vendors as it was. Bought things that I didn't need as I know that many depend on these sales. One was an animal that kind of looked like a monkey with no tail...hand made from a seal coat and had fluffy fur ears. I couldn't pass him up. Then Kevin bought carrotcake jam...the woman is third generation farmer and she tries to make jams and jellies that are a bit different. And then I couldn't pass up this little toadstool that had a popup feature...looked like it could have been from Super Mario as it has eyes.
Tonight we walked downtown and got the outdoor market just as it had started. Saw Joe...one of Fang's human buddies and he yelled at us and told us that it was a shame about Fang. These weren't the little European huts but just regular little tents. Hard to see anything as it was dark...but made a first sale for one woman who had paintings and bought a coaster from her. And then picked up some fancy squares from a local baker who recognized Kevin from his visits to her booth in the summer months at the market. Walked home and thought the weather was perfect for this.
Relax and enjoy the evening. I am hoping that Brett doesn't have a headache. I took a course in reflexology from a nursing colleague years ago...and reflexology can be done on the hands too. I did it on a friend as we were travelling in an air ambulance to Mexico for cancer treatment...and she fell asleep it relaxed her so much.
What does Brett do? Because if he uses various products there are material data sheets for each product and with that information can find out whether it might be an issue. Some things are absorbed through the skin...others via the lungs...and of course ingestion. So maybe safety equipment such as gloves or breathing apparatus is needed.
Our parade is next weekend I believe. Not a big one...but one year a little boy was beside me as we watched. I waved to Santa and yelled out his name...and this kid was so impressed that Santa waved back.

Disappointing about the neurologist. But...it sounds like he did take a look at what the doctor had put in the consult...and maybe his caseload is full and upon looking at Brett's bloodwork and MRI results, that would have surely been sent along with the consult, he could not draw any conclusions. Or his caseload is just overwhelming and he triages and takes the ones who are sickest. Did he not provide to your family doctor next steps?
I am not sure if an EEG would be something that would show something. I think that he had a dental, and eye check? Blood pressure okay. What about ears...were they looked at? I don't mean just for an ear infection...but one time I had terrible headaches and went to my family doctor...and it turned out to be a plug of wax in my ear canal. Just a ear cleaing in the office solved it. Beyond that...I would look to the workplace and consider stressors there especially if the headaches appear at the end of the workday. Maybe even exporsue to chemicals. I don't know what Brett does so can't imagine what might be a hazard there. Environmental...allergies to something  I would keep a diary and mark down when a headache starts and what has been done previous to that...there might be a causal relationship that can be seen. Like...on Thursdays he cleans out the pig pen...and the fumes from the excrement cause a headache. That is just something I made up...but I am sure you understand what I mean. If it seems to be stress...while I don't advocate meds for everything...perhaps something that his family doctor could prescribe which wouldn't affect his ability to drive or work with machinery. There are various ways to reduce stress including things like doing Tai Chi, yoga, deep breathing and meditation...guided imagery. Maybe reflexology or massage where a practitioner works on the body. Have migraines been considered? Maybe where he works the lumens are too high...and the change of the light bulbs could assist. That is if he works in an office. I found the lights in my office gave me headaches and I had them change the lightbulbs and it made all the difference.
I can suggest the type as I had consulted with Kevin, an electrician, and he advised me. Noise...constant noise can trigger a headache. Maybe hearing protection needs to be worn...one with an excellent noise reduction rating. Just tossing these ideas out there...

Hope your work day went well. Actually a nice day here...didn't make it on one of the walks due to time constraints but we stayed out for a longer one next time.
I am going to do my last orangutan tonight. The vase won't be ready until around nine...so might get set up after the food runs out and then just freeze until it is time.

I called in reinforcements...Patricia is always helping everyone. And Spidey I encounter from time to time...she is a great waterer. I always call her Spidey...even though she is Spikey. She has learned to accept that.

At least continue and get the gold of each. Those enchanted gems are hard to come by. I am still using the same ones of mine...excepting the enchanted ruby as I have a gazillion of them. I just shove in and out of the greenhouse...the green through moonlight or whatever the highest one is.
