What a day...and it was lovely. Just what we needed. Picked up a catnip mouse for Misty and she has been playing with it. She needed something too. We picked up gifts at the Christmas market in Paisley...then Reid's chocolates out of Cambridge at the drug store in Paisley...onto Hanover to the bakery there to pick up treats...and then Dairy Queen in Walkerton. Feel rejuvenated.

We realized this morning that we don't have to leave lights on at night any more. Fang did not like the dark...never has. We used to have to turn on our bedroom light at night before she would head to bed. We would leave a light on in the kitchen, livingroom and in the mornings after she got up...a downstairs light as she sometimes liked to be down there. We have automatic lights in the hallways and Christmas lights on the railing so she would not be scared. We have been leaving all the usual lights on...and now...we can stop. Habit. Also...we always stayed upstairs to watch television in the evenings as she liked being in her special spot. So last night we went downstairs...bigger television there. And comfier chairs...both fell asleep. Hahaha.
If you are looking for tapirs...check any of the gardens on my back wall...Mary, Carla, Agnes, etc.
