good morning Myra I noticed you were back but had no quality time, that is wonderful news what a relief, and you made the right choice too, that wasnt easy one. This week has been all about cardio tests the six monther, and good news here too, left heart is now up to 44% from 40% six months ago (the maximum it can be is 60%, right side does the other 40). average pulse at rest is 56, and after 20mins exercise a nice 58, just the blood pressure is on the low side average for august 102/55 , but the weather does play a role, on the stroke side just under 20% strength as normal but orders now are 3 days a week MTT  , so that should yield results , next cardio is now in 9 months time so again its green over here too !! Autumn is here so no sweltering temperatures but the valleys full of colour before winter makes them white again, but for now evening walks are wonderful.  Sad your hubby is still not getting the treatment he needs it seems just simply scandelous, special thoughts and prayers to you all, wishing you a pleasant start to Autumn x
