Good morning Jan, I hope you are well and woken to a nice day? It will be lovely for you, your Mum and Niece to have a catch up and of course there will be cake or bread n butter pudding?! By the sounds of it you tumbling down the hay could of been the start of your problems. But if we ever done anything like that we would not dream of saying how we done it as didnt want to be told off...Yes the ribs are still a little tender but not to bad, thank you. Yes had a good catch up with Mum and we took Nan out in her wheelchair. We went to a cafe and had cake and coffee and then for a walk. Nan was saying she was cold but she has got a cosytoe that covers her up to her boobs and I took my bodywarmer off so that she didnt get her top half cold. My Nan didnt even know who I was as well, but that happens, bless her..xx

Another chilly start to the day so that will be a nice refreshing walk to work. Tina back today (she had last week off) as she went to France for a few days. Can always tell when she not here but do manage to keep on top of the work. Well my lovely go steady on that bike and dont over do it again, you little monkey..xx Must get the recycling bags out.
