Hi. I think the plane set my ears off, the pressure. Although I had same last year but didn't fly. Can be from a common cold too. Guess I'm prone to it now according to the doc, once you've had this it will reoccur. Thankfully no nausea. I'm back at work, as we are short staffed. Not easy ❤️

Hi. Thank you 🙏 my son suffers with tinnitus too. Unfortunately no cure for it. I'm trying the Epley Manoeuvre for my vertigo. I had it last year and it lasted 10 weeks 😪 so frustrating x

Hi, I've had a wonderful day with my adult kids and Grandsons. Received some beautiful gifts. Harvey now has children pox. I went out yesterday for a meal with my mum and in- laws, 7 of us for a restaurant meal. Had a great weekend x
