Hi Susannah! Hope you are okey!

Good morning Susannah, things have generally stabilise now, i am no longer in a different town every day for a different therapy, now its just MTT (fitness gym), twice a week, stress training once a week, running machine twice a walk (walking of course). The last cardio check showed left heart at 45%, max is 60% so thats not too bad, thats stabilised, medication to increase it , i cannot take until the blood pressure increases, with all the meds togther there is a downard psh and in summer it sinks , average bp last year was 102 / 48 for summer thats low. So we are trying a new plan which started this month, and that is halving the beta blockers and see if that helps as a side effect from them can push it down, for sure the pulse will icnrease . So taking readings 6 times a day now and so far so good its not terrible and not many irrgular pulse attacts. Gardenwork restarted this year but not doing much, cant carry the water, but doing a few things enough to give me light exercise , so its all going well exepct for this bp, because it makes you tired and this fatique feeling just hangs around all day, just gotta see it through take my time, stay out of the sun, and time will heal so
