Not much to say about my weekend up on the north half.  Did yours turn out as you had hoped?

Short week for you, now you get to start your weekend.

Quite hot here.  They are saying it is because of climate change. I had a doctor’s appointment. One of the old folks norm.  But, everything is okay.

Sorry the holiday wasn’t special.  But it sounded like you had the kids.  I hope they still are and enjoying being with them.

Nothing too exciting to report for the weekend. I’ve been asked to drive my brother-in-law to a speciality hospital that is two hours away.  I’m the healthiest one of the family, so it falls to me. He has daughters, but they are many hours away, so they can’t do it.

With all the changes in Fairyland, I forgot to give you a message last night.  Seems to be a bunch of cards have invaded Fairyland.
But back from my travels.  It was a long trip.

Hello Sandra, I feel having the jab is a very personal decision. I also think that as South Africans who when were were babies had jabs which have stood us in good stead. and should aid us from being infected. I have had reservations and still have reservations. My head and my heart were at war against one another. The head saying I should and my heart saying no for many reason. I know a couple of people who died from Covid related complications before the 3rd wave. The problem is that there are too many here who think they are infallible and wont get the virus. Too many who meet without respecting others by wearing a mask and social distancing. If you do things like boost your system with vitamins, which I hope your body is able to process, you stay sort of self isolating unless it is necessary to go out then, you wear a mask and you social distance. you should be able to avoid being infected, but you have no cooking clue you you come into contact with and if they may be infected because they just don't know. I have three people in my life who have had the jabs and contacted Covid. Thankfully, they weren't hospitalisation sick. The only thing that worries me about the jab is knowi
