Hi,  if you're in this Strong Heat Wave = 90° and above = into the 100's n you're body is Not used too high heat - Plz keep drinking refreshing fluids (non alcoholic) add Ice or Popsicles are a good helper in cooling off your inners - sugar free also. Make homemade flavored ice = Yummy. Fruits are helpful.
  Look on the um bright 🌞 😎 side = no shoveling snow & not layers of clothes to keep warm = high heat bills turn to AC bills for some --- humidity is just rt - not much sweat & every1 smells of all over body deo now days vs ughh past yrs. Heard there's, omgosh a wedding in NYC - will this weather not ruin the Bride or Grooms makeup!!
  It's July for some, Yay!  & others it's winter = think bout this & Chill or get Hot.
