You can start with raccoons. Plant carmina uniflora, at least 2 of them. And a mushroom fully grown to keep away mice. Put low feeding table tropical fruits or wild berries. Also put out the empty blue ( aquamarine) birthstone in the garden. Every 10 th raccoon spotted will plant a birthstone and the baby will come soon :)
