Haven't seen the movie yet, but am hoping I can still see it on the big screen with my daughter sometime soon. If not, I will have to wait to stream it.

Have been so busy lately, but wanted to respond to your message about our joint childhood experiences and of the passing of your Joe.
This year has been filled with much sorrow in my life as well. My husband of 60 years is having more and more cognitive issues, along with his multiple physical issues. We have a fur baby, Dudley, who turned 17 on August 15th, and still amazes me with his stamina. I'm in great need of a knee replacement, but I've been postponing the procedure, because of the care giving required for my two old boys, David and Dudley.
Our son, David Sean, passed away on Sept. 8th  from early onset dementia. He, our daughter-in-law, and our two granddaughters endured almost 15 years of witnessing our son's mental decline and all the other horrors that are symptoms of frontotemporal dementia. Because of David's and Dudley's health conditions, we were not able to attend our son's funeral, but we were represented by many other loving family members back in WI. Our daughter and son-in-law, Jason, also flew from GA to give their condolences and sympathy to David Sean's immediate family.
I envy your ability to travel, Gail. My dream is to be able to take a trip to Boston, on the horizon of our country's 250th birthday, to search my maternal roots and my family's contribution in the Revolutionary War. My sister has done the research, and has acquired her DAR certification. Supposedly, our ancestor was the original owner of the tavern where the Boston Tea Party scheme was hatched. He came to the colonies in the 1630's.
On a lighter note, I ordered a Christmas tree ornament of a "cream puff", just like those that were a major draw at the State Fair in West Allis. Happy New Year, Gail, and wishing you a blessed year ahead. Enjoy your travels and cherish the memories.

Happy New Year. I'm off work until Monday. It's still snowy. We didn't get as much as predicted, but the forecast is stating another blast over night. We will see. Jeff and I stay home for New Year's Eve. We had lunch out and chatted with friends. It's been a good day. Take care.

We are in the midst of a huge wind and snow storm. It's white out conditions.  I hope your mouth heals quickly. Hopefully you won't need extensive work.  Jeff and I had new windows installed last year. It really makes a difference. All Anderson windows.  Good luck and take care.

It sounds like you're doing everything right to keep your tooth calmed down. We had a fun Christmas. All three kids and the three grandkids, plus both of our Mom's celebrated with us. We hosted dinner. I hope your day was nice as well. We are staying home for New Years Eve and Day.
