Good morning Colleen, I hope you are well  as can be expected? 6 months signed off? How do you pay for your bills (if you don't mind me asking)!
We have a benefit system here, but when I was signed off for 3 months I could not get any help at all. Good that you are managing to still lose weight and get to the gym. :-D Keep up that good work.
It was my birthday yesterday (55) and hubby and I went to Cambridge for a look around the shops and had a Chinese takeaway for tea.
Today dentist and then gardening, though it is going to be 33c today, we have been on about going for a bike ride with a cycle group we go with. Don't know about that yet.
