It's late for me to be up playing in FL, but I need to keep an eye on my garden! The race is on between a road runner and a YWT to nest lol 🤭

I have stored my other nest and I'm starting a new one too. Hopefully, I get this one built by birds that lay eggs ☺️

Thank you so much for dropping by our garden 😁 Old Man Turkey loves all his visitors as long as you tread gently.
As a rescue, who may have experience trauma with his original family (who abandoned him when they moved house) Old Man Turkey gets a little skittish with unfamiliar sounds and smells. He used to run and hide at the sound of men's voices.
My adult sons helped calm him over time. Whenever they visit, they've been gentle with him and now he's more relaxed and loves to loaf on their laps 🥰
