Thanks for finding my FVC

When you feel like you are weighed down with things, that life is heavy and everything is an effort and you do not know how you are going to cope. Then stop, take a breath, and shift your focus. Quite a lot of what you are feeling is a state of mind, so by shifting your focus you can alter your mind set, therefore what you felt before you are now looking at in a different light.
