Good evening Pat I hope you have had a good day and it was a little cooler for you.  It has been another hot day here but thankfully there was a breeze blowing all day which has made things more comfortable.  I am hoping to get a better night's sleep this evening, though like you I did sleep last night purely because I was so tired.  I hope you got to the hairdressers ok I had a haircut yesterday too.  John was so happy to see Casualty this evening, I hope you enjoyed it too.  Sleep well, fingers crossed.
