Hello Sal ~ waiting for the sun to show up; not raining, so can't complain. We had to cancel our trip this Sat, due to Bob getting a cracked rib when he took a tumble on Monday. Other than the rib and his dignity, he is ok. Spent 4 hours in Urgent Care yesterday morning, ughh. Have you just started at the gym? We used to go before covid, probably should go back one of these days. I am going to PT tomorrow for my back. Hope that helps & doesn't make things worse. I have osteoarthritis just about everywhere.
