When you have attracted that 5th goat the buttercup will change to medium -- Make sure that the Toadstool with the knapweed is to the far left of all the toadstools that have bubbles on them. The fairy will harvest the knapweed into the bucket after that. Send the Toadstool pot to storage & dust knapweed to Fully grown (you'll need the space).
