Yes thats true, i rang a private building inspector today, got him locked in that will cost another 3 to 4 grand but it ill be worth every penny knowing the house is built right from the beginning.
I dont have or use a recipe for chow mein,  I just get a small tray of minced steak, 1 carrot, 1/4 cabbage, 1 and 1/2 cups of rice, 2 packets of chicken noodle soup (  think its the continent 4 packets of soup in a box) salt pepper and Vegeta spice, add water. so it doesn't stick, cook on low, add water if needed more whilst cooking 40 minutes later you have a meal.
I bought mine i think in bigW cost me around $70.00 mines a 4 sandwich press xx

🌷🌹💧 Hare ty Kathy, Days been ok,had Rose here going over the quote for the house build took us almost 4 hours then had to ring Beau and get him to make the changes before i sign anything.. Glad you had a nice time with your mum, and I hope you have a nice lunch on the 17th dec with her :) xxx I just cooked chow mein for my dinner so having tea now and if Chris wants he can take some to work tomorrow for his lunch :) xxx 😘🌹🥰
