Morning Kathy, Hope you slept ok, still crap sleep for me.. but oh well seems to be the story of my life at the moment.. getting by on 5 hours sleep a night.
Any way, yes once the drawings are done, i will get the contract. pay my 5% deposit, they will get the building insurance underway, soil tests etc, and my part will be get the plans submitted to septic tank they then have to send the permits of to council, and then i also send the contract to the private building inspector so he has time to go over everything. Thank goodness i have paid that bill ahead! but ill still need 25k for rent till October! at the moment i am 11k short fall for that. I have it in my high interest account but that is already dipping into my 50k i had left over at the end to do the driveway, and a few other things we will need to buy for inside the house. xx🥰🌹😘 anyway you have a good day, and ill catch you later sometime xx 😘
