yeah not a good time for extra expenses, i have to pay $4395, this side of Christmas to the Building inspector by the 17th december as well. I said my house wont start before March so why do i need to pay it now! he said if you can just pay the first site visit thats ok as he contract has been signed it locks him in.. Ill just pay the full amount and be done with!! now my car  $450. plus i have water bill coming. 🌹😘 your welcome re spot x
