And I decide where i want all the extra power points they have my floor plan up on a screen, and ask me each room of the house at a time and i tell them when i want the extra ones to go. and they drag a picture to the spot on the floor plan and place them where i want them. then move onto the next room etc . xx

No the cheaper floorboards aren't being used anymore, so the ones i was going to upgrade to are now what i am getting included in my build price.
The electrical stuff i added was 20 double power points 2 lots of floodlights, and some extra light switches come to $2100, and i have an allowance of 2500 which they haven't taken of any of the extras i added today, If they took the electrical stuff out of that 2500 allowance i would only be paying 400 for the electrical.   xx
