Nothing has started yet on the build, as we about a month to 2 months delayed :( then last week i found out i have to apply to council with a planning permit! MORE big costs i knew nothing about...As i also have to get a fire rating report for our area cause i live in a fire zone. which the rating would be the same as where you live, that Bal 12.5 so that means the house has to be built to those standards!! that report alone will cost me $500 plus and the council permit another $1500 plus!! The builder is hoping to get my building report well she was hoping by the end of last week, so hoping today or tomorrow.. Then i can do my Gallery appointment thats when its will all start falling into place. AS everything i chose at Gallery has to be added to house plans then it will take a further 10-12 weeks before they start build.. so pushed out to April May now..😘🥰🌟 🌹
