Hi! Just trying to return a few sprinkles while watching the Oilers / Ducks hockey game.
We went up to see Johns dad this afternoon, he seemed a bit better than yesterday but still very weak. Johns mom took us out for supper after we left the hospital, it was nice. I think she’s lonely and scared so it was nice to spend a little extra time away from the hospital with her.  James is still struggling with only having his left hand to use. I wish I could stay there with him but I’ve got a lot going on here and although his having a hard time, he’s ok. I slept good last night, I only got up a couple times and slept until 830 this morning. I guess I really needed it.
I hope you’re feeling ok. How’s the head? I hope your migraine has left and you’re having some good days. How is Duane doing? I hope he’s feeling better too.

a quiet evening splash and wishing you a restful good night, Kimalisa! no heat for tonight, and I still have a couple windows cracked open. I think it's 54. Dresden is curled up in his bed, and sends sleepy snuggles to you, and to Bessie. I'm sending Bessie sleepy time ear rubs. the grocery store wasn't too busy at 4:30, and I got enough for a week. before that I stopped at the neighborhood bakery, and they still had baguettes available. sounds like the little tree frogs are already busy singing, perfect for dreamtime. hmmm, been many many years (decades!) since I dyed my hair. I had highlights done once professionally, and wasn't all that impressed. I was hoping to have white or grey hair by now, but my braid is still brown.
